- Driver's license/credit card/cash/insurance card
- Safety vest (mandatory)
- Headlamp
- Water bottle (race does not provide bottles but will have refilling stations)
- Running nutrition/energy bars (please plan to eat during and after run - will help you crush it!)
- Hat or visor
- Sunglasses
- 2 pairs running shoes and one pair sandals or other off time shoes
- 3 (van 2) or 4 (van 1) sets of running clothes/socks/etc - packed in ziploc bags
- Raincoat (if rainy)
- Spare pair of shorts/shirt/tank/compression socks
- Sweatshirt/sweatpants if cold only
- Deoderant/toothbrush/toothpaste/body glide
- Towel/swimsuit. May want a swim towel and a separate sweat towel
- Phone/charger with USB plug/book
- Running watch
- Small pillow, sleeping pad, sleeping bag or blanket
- Ear plugs, eye mask (if you have trouble sleeping in chaos)
Try to not over pack! If you don't have sleeping gear, let me know, and I may be able to provide something. If you see it on the provided list, please don't bring it...
If you have stuff for Utica (clothes, toiletries, etc), bring it in a separate bag. The guys van can drop it in Yuri/Emma's car to save van space.
